美托洛尔与卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析美托洛尔与卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法采用随机平行对照法将邯郸市中心医院心内内科一病区2014年5月~2015年5月期间131例慢性心力衰竭患者进行分组,对照组65例给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组66例给予卡维地洛治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)指标的改善效果及不良反应发生率的对比。结果观察组总有效率96.97%高与对照组78.46%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后提高LVEF(53.29±6.87)%,降低LVEDD(2.27±0.31)mm、LVESD(42.07±5.56)mm指标幅度均优于对照组提高LVEF(46.88±6.79)%,降低LVEDD(3.21±0.49)mm、LVESD(46.77±6.12)mm指标幅度(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率1.52%低于对照组患者9.23%(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛能够改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,去除患者的症状体征,降低不良反应的发生,效果确切,安全可靠,值得临床的应用及推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metoprolol and carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods Using a random parallel control method of the internal medicine ward of Handan Central Hospital in May 2014 to May 2015 year 131 cases of chronic heart failure patients were divided into two groups,65 cases in control group were given metoprolol treatment, 66 cases in observation group were treated with carvedilol,observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）,left ventricular the end dias- tolic diameter （LVEDD）,left ventricular end systolic diameter （LVESD） and adverse reaction index improved the incidence of contrast. Results In the observation group,the total efficiency of 96.97% and 78.46% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; LVEF increased after treatment in the observation group （53.29±6.87）%, decreased LVEDD （2.27±0.31） mm,LVESD （42.07±5.56） mm index range was better than the control group increased LVEF （46.88±6.79）%, LVEDD decreased （3.21±0.49） mm,LVESD （46.77±6.12） mm,index range（P 〈 0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions in 1.52% patients with 9.23% lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion earvedilol can improve heart function in patients with chronic heart failure, the removal of the patient＇s symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, definite effect, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
