结肠中药保留灌肠对输卵管阻塞性不孕患者药物留存时间及输卵管功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察结肠中药保留灌肠对输卵管阻塞性不孕患者肠道内中药留存时间和输卵管通畅度的影响。方法选取2014年12月~2015年10月在西安交通大学第二附属医院中医科住院的输卵管阻塞性不孕患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。结肠灌肠组给予高位中药结肠保留灌肠治疗,常规灌肠组给予常规中药保留灌肠治疗,1个月为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果 (1)结肠灌肠组药液在肠道内留存时间为(7.08±2.00)h,常规灌肠组为(5.47±1.98)h,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者治疗后焦虑水平得分均比治疗前提升,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)结肠灌肠组妊娠率(67.5%)较常规灌肠组(52.6%)升高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)结肠灌肠组治疗后12个月未孕患者输卵管通畅度明显优于常规灌肠组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠中药保留灌肠可以显著延长中药液的肠道内留存时间,提高患者一年内受孕率,更好维持一年未孕患者的输卵管通畅度,增进临床治疗效果。Objective To observe the high retention enema influence on the retention time in colon and the degree of tubal pateney during fallopian tube obstructive infertility patient. Methods 84 patients included in the standard of fallopian tube obstruction infertility from the second hospital of Xi＇ an Jiao Tong University, were randomly divided into two groups from December 2014 to October 2015, each group of 42 cases. Patients in Colonic clyster group were given colonic reserved clyster with Chinese medicine enema, and patients in conventional clyster group were given conventional reserved clyster with Chinese medicine enema. Two groups were treated for 3 courses.with 1 month in a course. Results （1） Liquid retention time during the intestinal tract after enema in colonic clyster group（7.08±2.00）h was longer than that in in conventional clyster group（5.47±1.98）h, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.（2） Anxiety levels after treatment in both groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）, but the the anxiety level difference between the two groups was no statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）.（3） The pregnancy rate in colonic clyster group （67.5%） was higher than that in conventional clyster group （52.6%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.（4） The tubal patency of non-pregnant patients after 12 months in colonic clyster group was better than that in conventional clyster group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine colon retain enema can significantly extend the liquid retention time in the intestinal tract, improve patient conception rate within a year, maintain the degree of fallopian tube patency in unpregnancy after one year,and improve the clinical curative effectduring fallopian tube obstruction infertility.
