开放性额眶前颅底部颅脑损伤的手术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨17例开放性额眶前颅底颅脑损伤患者的手术疗效。方法:选择17例开放性额眶前颅底颅脑损伤患者对其进行血肿及坏死脑组织清除、前颅底重建修补及眉弓重建术手术治疗,总结分析其临床资料。3例行眼球摘除。结果:按照格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS),1级12例,2级2例,3级2例,死亡1例。无一例永久脑脊液漏。7例术后颅内感染,6例治愈,1例死亡。结论:开放性额眶前颅底部颅脑损伤行血肿及坏死脑组织清除、前颅底重建修补及眶壁重建术效果良好。Objective： To analyze the operative results of 17 patients with open orbital anterior skull base craniocerebral injury. Methods： The clinical data of 17 cases of surgery for open intracranial injury of frontal orbit and anterior cranial base was analyzed retrospectively. All cases evacuation of hematoma and necrotic brain tissue,skull base repair and reconstruction of eyebrow. 3 cases underwent eyeball removal. Results： According to Glasgow Outcome Scal（ GOS） score,level one 12 cases,level two 2 cases,level three 2 cases,1 case died. Died for intracranial infection. No cases underwent permanent cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Intracranial infection occurred in 7 cases after operation. 6 cases cured,1 died. Conclusions： Surgery effect of hematoma and necrotic brain tissue removal,skull base repair and reconstruction of eyebrow is good,for open intracranial injury of frontal orbit and anterior cranial base.
