摘　　要：为了提高港口物流效率和智能化水平,根据国内外智慧港口的发展情况,结合交通运输部开展智慧港口示范工程的政策背景,提出智慧港口的建设内容和技术框架,并对在智慧港口建设过程中的技术应用进行分析。In order to improve the logistics efficiency and intelligent level of port, according to the development of intelligent port at home and abroad and the policy background of intelligent port demonstration project carried out by the Ministry of Transport, the construction content and the techological framework of intelligent port are presented and the technology application in the development process of intelligent port is analyzed.
