摘 要:采用不同掺量的乙炔炭黑对丁腈橡胶(NBR)进行改性,通过机械混炼法制备了NBR复合材料,并探讨了不同乙炔炭黑掺量对NBR复合材料微观形貌、电性能、力学性能和热性能等影响。研究结果表明:当w(乙炔炭黑)=40%(相对于NBR质量而言)时,乙炔炭黑在NBR复合材料中可形成网络结构,其拉伸强度为15.34 MPa、100%或300%定伸应力为2.39 MPa或8.89 MPa、撕裂强度为52.19 N/mm、硬度为72、电导率为1.2×10^(-2)S/m、压缩疲劳温升为44.9 K/min和热导率为0.511 5 W(/m·K),并且上述性能与纯NBR相比均有大幅提高;当w(乙炔炭黑)>40%时,NBR复合材料的热导率变化不大,说明此时其对NBR复合材料导热性能的影响较小。(),the NBR composites were prepared by mechanical mixing method,and the influences of different acetylene carbonblack contents on microstructure,electrical properties,mechanical properties and thermal properties of NBRcomposites were discussed.The research results showed that the acetylene carbon black in NBR composite couldform a mesh structure when mass fraction of acetylene carbon black was 40% in NBR,so the some properties ofNBR composite with acetylene carbon black were obviously better than those of pure NBR [such as its tensilestrength,100% stress at definite elongation,300% stress at definite elongation,tear strength,hardness,conductivity,compression fatigue temperature rise,and thermal conductivity were 15.34 MPa,2.39 MPa,8.89 MPa,52.19 N/mm,72,1.2 × 10^-2S/m,44.9 K/min,and 0.511 5 W(/m · K) respectively].The influence of thermalconductivity on heat-conducting property of NBR composite was less because the change of NBR composite withacetylene carbon black was not big in thermal conductivity when mass fraction of acetylene carbon black was above 40%.
