摘 要:以栲胶为原料、非挥发性无毒乙二醛为固化剂和PF(酚醛树脂)为键桥增长剂,制备了单宁基胶粘剂,并考察了乙二醛掺量对单宁基胶粘剂适用期、耐沸水胶接强度等影响。研究结果表明:乙二醛或甲醛(F)作为单宁基胶粘剂的固化剂,前者的环保性优于后者;当w(乙二醛)=10.0%(相对于单宁质量而言)时,制备的单宁基胶粘剂具有相对最大的耐沸水胶接强度;以乙二醛或F为固化剂制备的单宁基胶粘剂,前者的耐沸水胶接强度虽低于后者,但仍满足GB/T 9846.3—2004标准中Ⅰ类胶合板的指标要求,并且前者的施胶性能和适用期明显优于后者。With tannin extract as raw material, non-volatile and non-toxic glyoxal as curing agent and PF(phenolic resin) as a chain bridge agent, the tannin base adhesive was prepared, and the influences of glyoxal contents on working life, and bonding strength at boiling water resistance of tannin base adhesive were investigated. The research results showed that when glyoxal or formaldehyde (F) were used as curing agent of tannin base adhesive, the environment friendly property of the former was better than that of the latter. The prepared tannin base adhesive had the relatively maximal bonding strength at boiling water resistance when mass fraction of glyoxal was 10.0% in tannin. When the tannin base adhesives were prepared by glyoxal or F as curing agent, so the bonding strength at boiling water resistance of the former was lower than that of the latter, but it could still meet the index requirement of I-type plywood in GB/T 9846.3-2004 standard, and the sizing property and working life of the former were obviously better than those of the latter.
