摘　　要：在高等教育普及化阶段即将到来之际,通过对我国民办高校发展的现状和问题进行分析,运用SWOT分析法对我国民办高校的内部优、劣势与外部机会和威胁进行研究。找出我国民办高校发展过程中存在的产权、法人治理机构、分类管理、专业设置等方面的问题。最后,针对我国民办高校发展过程中存在的问题提出合理的对策建议。As the popularization of higher education is approaching, through the analysis of the current situation and problems of the development of private colleges and universities in China, this paper studies the internal strengths, weaknesses of these colleges and universities as well as external opportunities and threats by using SWOT analysis method. Then find out the problems of property rights, corporate governance, classification management, professional setting, and so on. in the development of private colleges and universities in China. Finally, some reasonable countermasures are put forward to solve the above mentioned problems.
