摘  要:目的了解黑龙江省急诊重症监护病房(Emergency Intensive Care Unit,EICU)的人力资源配置状况,分析存在的问题及解决办法,为EICU的建设发展提供数据支持和参考。方法通过问卷调查与实地观察相结合的方式,对2010—2015年黑龙江省内设置有EICU病房的三级甲等医院进行调查,内容包括EICU设置情况、床位数、医务人员数量及构成情况等。结果医护人员配置无法满足床位上升的需求,护士队伍呈现年轻化,中级及以上职称的医生所占比例逐年递减,医护人员工作经验相对缺乏。结论黑龙江省三级甲等医院设置的EICU病房取得一定的发展,但在人力资源配置方面仍存在医护人员配置不足、职称学历梯队欠合理等问题,亟需进一步优化配置,以满足EICU不断发展需要。Objective To understand human resource allocation of Emergency Intensive Care Unit(EICU) of Heilongjiang Province,and to analyze the problems and countermeasures,in order to provide data providence and references for EICU construction.Methods Through the combination of questionnaire survey and field observation,tertiary hospitals that had EICU from 2010 to 2015 were investigated,including the allocation situation,bed number,medical staff number and constitution situation,etc.Results It is found that the increasing rate of medical staff can not meet the demand of beds.Nursing staff are young,and the rate of doctors who have intermediate professional title or above is decreasing year by year.Nursing and medical staff ware lack of working experience.Conclusion There is a certain development of the allocation of EICU of Heilongjiang Province tertiary hospitals,but there are still problems,such as the insufficient allocation of medical staff and the unreasonable constitution of the professional title and education background,etc.The allocation should be further perfected to meet the demand of EICU.
