多弯管式水洗废气处理箱净化与防爆性能研究

摘　　要：分析废气处理箱结构,选定六弯管式结构,进行三维建模。通过对柴油机多弯管式水洗废气处理箱进行烟气的流场分析及柴油机台架试验,研究了多弯管式水洗废气处理箱在不同工况、不同水量的净化性能及防爆性能。结果表明:该废气处理箱满足净化、防爆的要求,对柴油机的经济性和动力性几乎无影响,且2/3水量时净化与防爆性能最佳。研究结果不但对废气处理箱的设计提供了参考,还为废气处理箱的改进提供了新的思路和方法,对矿用柴油机排气系统防爆净化性能的研究具有一定的指导意义和实用价值。The structure of the waste gas treatment box is analyzed,and the structure of the six elbow pipe type is selected,a three dimension model of the blade has been set up.Through the analysis of the flow field and the experiment of the diesel engine bench,the purification performance and explosion proof performance of the multi elbow water washing waste gas treatment box under different working conditions and different water quantity were studied.The results show that the waste gas treatment box meets the requirements of purification and explosion protection,and has no influence on the economic and dynamic performance of the diesel engine,and the purification and anti explosion performance of 2/3 water quantity is better.This method not only provides a reference for the design of the waste gas treatment box,but also provides a new way for the improvement of the waste gas treatment,and it has a certain significance and practical value on the research for the characteristics of explosion proof of the exhaust system of the coal mine diesel engine.
