摘 要:为了改善巷道围岩特性,增强支护效果,防止巷道透水,针对传统注浆材料强度低、渗透性差及传统注浆工艺不能充分利用围岩特性的缺点。通过材料性能影响因素的分级及巷道围岩特性和劈裂影响因素的研究,开发出一种新型注浆材料及差异注浆工艺。该材料以硫铝酸盐水泥及粉煤灰为主,辅以各种添加剂,具有强度高、渗透性好、抗渗性能强等特点;差异注浆工艺将巷道围岩划分为不同的区域,采用不同的注浆压力、速率及浆液黏度。在河南能源龟兹煤矿进行现场应用,结果表明:该新型材料及注浆工艺可有效改善围岩特性,提高围岩力学性能,增强支护效果,防止巷道突水。In order to improve the surrounding rock characteristics,and enhance the supporting effect,and prevent the roadway flooding,aiming atthe disadvantages of low strength,poor permeability and the traditional grouting technology can not fully utilize the characteristics of surrounding rock,through material properties affect the classification and characteristics of roadway surrounding rock and splitting factors influence factor research,developed a new type of grouting material and the difference of grouting technology.The material of sulphoaluminate cement and fly ash based,supplemented by a variety of additives,with high strength,good permeability,anti permeability performance;differential grouting technology divides roadway surrounding rock into different areas,adopting different grouting pressure,rate and viscosity.Site application in Henan energy group Qiuci coal mine shows that the model can effectively improve the grouting materials and industrial characteristics of surrounding rock,and improve the rock mechanical properties,and enhance the supporting effect,prevent the tunnel water inrush.
