摘　　要：社区便利店作为社区商业的重要构成部分,不仅能满足居民的日常物质需求,还为居民提供了许多便利性服务。文章选取社区便利店作为研究的出发点,首先,对其现状进行概括梳理,明确其发展优势和不足;其次,列举国外案例总结出社区便利店的基本特征;最后,结合居民的主要社区行为,具体分析居民行为方式对于社区便利店系统设计的引导作用,为社区便利店的设计和发展提供理论指导。Community convenience store is an important part of community business, not only to meet the daily needs of residents, but also to provide residents with a number of convenience services in the community. This paper selected community convenience store as the starting point. First of all, we summarized the current status of community convenience store and figured out its advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, the basic characteristics of the design community convenience store system were summed up according to the foreign case. Finally, In order to analyze the guiding role of the behavior of residents in the community convenience store system design, we provided theoretical guidance for the design and development of community convenience store by combining the main community behavior of residents.
