摘　　要：以信息交互中的用户、系统及内容三方面的双向交互为基础,归纳网站信息的交互层级,构建政府门户网站的层级模型。分析资源汇总层、信息组织层、应用服务层、界面表现层的递进关系,以及由资源整合层至界面表现层所产生的交互流程和用户体验。并选取网站案例验证层级模型的可行性,从而为政府网站服务化建设提供参考依据。It is based on the two-way interactive application from users,system,and context of information interactive, generalized interaction-level information on the website, constructed the hierarchical model for government website. Analyze the progressive relationship from resource integration layer,nformation organizing layer, application service layer, and interface presentation layer, and the interactive process and user experience of resource integration layer to interface presentation layer. Select a website to conduct case, verify the feasibility of the hierarchical model,in order to provide reference for construction services of government website.
