摘 要:选用不同地区原生境下野生大豆不同器官分离的内生真菌,采用平板对峙法,鉴定了40株野生大豆真菌对玉米大斑病的抑制作用。结果表明,供试的40株菌株间菌落形态差异较大;光滑程度显示,36份菌落表面不光滑,3份表面光滑并显浅黄色;菌落颜色分析显示,正面白色为主,其次是黄色和粉色,反面则以紫色为主,其次为黑色和绿色;菌落生长形态分析,大多数菌落呈白色絮状突起或羊毛状菌丝;鉴定和筛选出6株野生大豆内生真菌的抑菌率变化在62.5%~82.4%之间,抑菌率从高到低依次为Y4-S(Ⅰ)、Y6R-15-1、Y5-r(Ⅱ)-1、Y6S-26、Y5R18-2-1、Y5r-12。最强拮抗菌株Y4-S(Ⅰ)、Y5-r(Ⅱ)-1、Y6R-15-1显微形态相似,呈枝状,有隔,初步判断可能来源同一属。Inhibitory effects of 40 strains wild soybean fungi purified from different organs of wild soybean in native envi- ronment of different regions on Setosphaeria turcica were determined by plate confrontation method. The results showed that morphologies of 40 strains' colonies were quite different from each other. On analysis of smoothness, there were 36 strains among them with unsmooth surface, and 3 colonies appeared smooth and pale yellow. On analysis of colony colors, the front side was mainly white followed by yellow and pink white, and the back side was mainly purple followed by black and green. On analysis of colony growth pattern, most of the colonies appeared white flocculent protrusions or wool like hyphae. Based on identification and screening, inhibitory rates of 11 strains of wild soybean endophytic fungus were 62.5%-82.4%, inhibition rate in descending order was Y4-S ( Ⅰ ),Y6R-15-1, YS-r ( Ⅱ)-1, Y6S-26, YSR18-2-1, Y5r-12. Strongest antagonistic effect of strain were Y4-S ( Ⅰ ), YS-r (Ⅱ )-1 and Y6R-15-1, which had similar microscopic morphology of dendritic characteristics with septa, and they probably belonged to the same genus.
