摘　　要：爱尔兰被誉为"欧洲硅谷",其创新成绩受益于大学技术转移。大学在爱尔兰技术转移系统中处于核心地位,并形成了有效的运行机制。通过建立国家中心技术转移办公室,颁布国家知识产权协议,实施覆盖技术转移全过程的财政资助等措施,从不同方面保障与促进了大学技术转移体系的发展,为中国大学技术转移及创新战略的实施提供了可借鉴的经验及启示。Known as the ＂Silicon Valley of Europe＂, Ireland has an outstanding performance in innovation which benefits from the technology transfer of universities. University plays a dominant role in Irish technology transfer system and this forms an effective opera- tion mechanism. Ireland establishes the national central technology transfer office, promulgates national intellectual property protocol and implements financial support covering the whole process of technology transfer. These measures ensure and promote the development of university technology transfer system, which provide valuable experience for improving the university technology transfer and innova- tion strategies in China.
