摘 要:幽门螺旋杆菌是慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、消化道癌等重大疾病的诱发因子。本文从病因和治法、单味药及复方药3个方面综述了目前中医药防治幽门螺旋杆菌研究的概况。尽管中医药治疗幽门螺旋杆菌尚不足以建立完善的理论体系和用药方案,但其贡献获得肯定,需进一步深入研究。Helicobacterpylori (H. Pylori) is the vital inducement of various gastrointestinal diseases including chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, digest tract carcinoma, and so on. The application progress of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in prevention and treatment of H. Pylori infection in terms of pathogenesis and therapeutic regimen, single medicine and compound medicine are reviewed in this paper. It has been reported that TCM exhibited widely-approved potential in prevention and treatment of H. Pylori infection, despite that it is far from establishing a systematic theory and therapeutic regimen. Therefore, more endeavor is required in the exploration of TCM in prevention and treatment of H. Pylori infection.
