摘　　要：为探讨赤霉素及浸种温度对伴娘山月桂种子萌发的影响,本研究采用不同浓度赤霉素和不同浸种温度处理伴娘山月桂种子。结果表明,最适浸种温度为40℃>20℃>60℃;赤霉素浓度在0~500mg/L范围内,浸种15min和30min,分别以400mg/L和300mg/L处理最好,且发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数与对照组呈显著差异,萌发启动速度缩短。In order to discuss the influence of GAa and soaking temperature on the seed germination of Kalmia latifolia ,different levels of gibberellin and diverse soaking time were utilized to process the seeds of Kalrnia latifolia ＇Bridesmaid＇ in this research.The results showed that the optimum treat- ment temperature was 40℃ 〉 20 ℃〉 60 ℃ ; the concentration of gibberellin was 0-- 500 mg/L; 400 mg/L and 300 mg/L were selected to soak seeds for 15 min and 30 min.The germination rate,germina- tion potential and germination index had significant difference with control group, and the startup speed of seed germination was reduced.
