淮安市男男性行为人群HIV感染情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析淮安市男男性行为者HIV感染情况及其影响因素,为制订防治对策和干预措施提供依据。方法采用滚雪球、网络等方法招募对象,由经过专业培训的调查员对其进行面对面的问卷调查,并采血样进行艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测。结果共监测男男性行为者1752人,其中艾滋病知晓率为91.64%,HIV阳性率为5.19%。最近6个月有肛交行为的占61.36%,最近1次发生肛交没有使用安全套的占33.93%,最近6个月发生同性商业性行为3.10%,最近1次商业性行为时没有使用安全套占28.13%。吸毒的占1.90%,没有研究对象与别人共用过针头。干预服务接受率为74.35%,同伴教育接受率为60.17%。除最近6个月是否有肛交行为(χ2=6.85,P<0.05),其他情况下HIV抗体检测阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应继续加强淮安市男男性行为人群的健康教育和干预措施。Objective To analyze the situation of HIV infection and its influencing factors among men who have sex with men （MSM） in Huai＇an, and to provide evidence for prevention and control of HIV infection in MSM. Methods Snowball sampling and network method were used to recruit samples, and a face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted a- mong MSM by professional investigators. Blood samples were collected for HIV tests. Results A total of 1752 MSM were re- cruited in this study. The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 91.64%. The positive rate of HIV was 5.19%. In the last 6 months, there were 61.36% of MSM had anal homosexual behavior and 33.93% of them without condom use in the last time. And there were 3. I0% of MSM had commercial anal homosexual behavior and 28. 13% of them without condom use in the last time. There were 1.90% of MSM had drug taking behavior and none of them shared needles with others. The acceptance rates of intervention services and peer education were 74. 35% and 60. 17% respectively. Except for whether had anal sex or not in the last 6 months （ X2 = 6. 85, P 〈 0. 05 ）, the differences of the other factors had no significant among MSM （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen health education and intervention services among MSM.
