冠心丹参滴丸对慢性稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者血瘀证计分及血清相关黏附因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察冠心丹参滴丸治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者临床疗效。方法采取随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的方法将240例慢性稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者分为治疗组与对照组各120例。治疗组在西药常规治疗基础上给予冠心丹参滴丸口服,对照组在西药常规治疗基础上给予安慰剂口服,均每次0.4 g,每日3次,连续1个月。观察治疗前后患者的中医主症计分、血瘀证计分及血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(s ICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞间黏附分子1(s VCAM-1)水平变化,并观察不良反应。结果治疗组纳入统计108例,对照组纳入统计104例。两组患者治疗后中医主症计分、血瘀证计分、血清s VCAM-1及s ICAM-1水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血瘀证计分、血清s VCAM-1及s ICAM-1水平治疗后均较对照降低明显(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未出现严重的不良反应。结论冠心丹参滴丸可有效的降低慢性稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者血瘀证计分及血清s ICAM-1、s VCAM-1水平。Objective To observe clinical curative effect of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill（ 冠心丹参滴丸） on chronic stable angina patients with blood stasis syndrome. Methods Using randomized,double-blind,placebo controlled method,divided 240 cases of chronic stable angina patients with blood stasis syndrome into a treatment group and a control group,with 120 cases in each group. In addition to the conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group was orally given Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill,the control group was given placebo,0. 4 g each time,3 times per day,for 1 month. Before and after treatment,observed Chinese medicine main symptom scores,blood stasis syndrome scores,and levels of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ s ICAM-1） and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1（ s VCAM-1）,and also observed the adverse reaction. Results Totally 108 cases were included in the treatment group,104 cases included in the control group. After treatment,Chinese medicine main symptom scores,blood stasis syndrome scores,the levels of s ICAM-1and s VCAM-1 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the reduction of the blood stasis syndrome scores,s ICAM-1 and s VCAM-1 levels in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment in both groups. Conclusion In chronic stable angina patients with blood stasis symptom,Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill could significantly reduce the blood stasis symptom scores as well as the levels of s ICAM-1 and s VCAM-1.
