摘  要:采用聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)为络合剂超滤去除原水中超标的锑(Sb),考察了pH值和装载质量比(L)对锑的截留系数R和膜通量J的影响,得出在pH为8,L为7.1时,R(Sb)达到96%,且J不随pH变化,随L的减小而略有增大。在浓缩-解离-洗涤实验中,对有效浓缩的截留液进行酸化解离,解离率可达91.6%,采用pH为2的盐酸溶液将解离液进行洗涤,洗脱率达98.71%。洗涤后再生的PAAS在络合超滤实验中的最佳L为7.0,R(Sb)达95.8%。Polyacrylate sodium( PAAS) was used as a complexing agent to remove antimony levels exceeding the standard from raw water by ultrafiltration. The effects of pH and load ratio( L) on the antimony rejection coefficient( R) and membrane flux( J) were studied. At L = 7. 1,R reached 96% at pH 8,while J is independent of pH but increases slightly with decreasing L. In concentration dissociation washing experiments,the dissociation rate of effective concentration reaches 91. 6% in acid solution,and the elution rate reaches 98. 71% in pH 2 hydrochloric acid solution. When reusing the PAAS after washing,R reached 95. 8% at L = 7. 0.
