摘 要:以溶胶凝胶法制备的30Al_2O_3/β-40为载体,采用浸渍法制备出负载不同金属氧化物的催化剂。采用XRD、H_2-TPR、BET对催化剂结构和性质进行表征,以CO为还原剂考察催化剂的脱硫脱硝活性。结果显示12%Ni0/30%Al_2O_3/β-40脱硫脱硝活性最佳,500℃时NO、SO_2转化率均可达到90%以上。A catalyst was prepared using 30% Al2O3/β-40 as the support,which was prepared via a sol-gel method,and impregnated with different metal oxides.The structure and physico-chemical properties of the catalyst were examined using X-ray diffraction,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analysis,and temperature programmed reduction techniques.Its performance in desulfuration and denitrification was investigated using CO as a reducing agent.The results showed that the desulfuration and denitrification performance of 12% NiO/30% Al2O3 β-40 was much better,and the rates of desulfuration and denitrification were higher than 90% when the temperature was 500 ℃.
