摘  要:【目的】分析12个微卫星DNA与西镇牛长发育性状的关联性,为西镇牛品种资源保护和开发利用提供理论依据。【方法】测定西镇牛的体高、体长、胸围、管围、腰角宽和体质量。利用12对微卫星引物,采用PCR扩增和非变性聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对48头西镇牛母牛进行了遗传多样性检测,并统计分析各位点各种基因型群体与体尺性状之间的效应关系。【结果】12个微卫星位点各基因型与西镇牛生长发育性状具有关联性。IDVGA2、BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、ILSTS005、BM1824位点与体高,BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、ILSTS005、ETH10、DAVG44位点与体长,IDVGA2、DVGA55、HEL9、ILST093、IDVGA27、BM1824位点与胸围,IDVGA2、ETH225、DAVG44位点与管围,BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、BM1905、ILSTS005、ILST093、ETH10位点与腰角宽,IDVGA2、BM2113、DVGA55、ETH225、HEL9、ILST093、BM1824位点与体质量具有显著或极显著的效应关系。【结论】筛选出了对西镇牛生长发育性状具有正效应的等位基因45个,具有负效应的等位基因40个,可用于指导西镇牛育种实践。【Objective】This experiment analyzed the association of 12 microsatellite DNA with growth traits of Xizhen cattle to provide theoretical basis for protecting,developing and utilizing Xizhen cattle varieties.【Method】Based on the measurement of withers height,body length,chest circumference,hip width,shank circumference and body weight of Xizhen cattle,PCR and gel electrophoresis technology were employed to detect the genetic diversity of 48 Xizhen cattle and analyze the relationship between various loci gene batteries and growth traits using 12 pairs of microsatellite primers.【Result】The 12 microsatellite loci genotypes were affiliated with growth traits of Xizhen cattle.DVGA2,BM2113,DVGA55,ETH225,HEL9,ILSTS005 and BM1824 were related to withers height,BM2113,DVGA55,ETH225,HEL9,ILSTS005,ETH10 and DAVG44 were related to body length,IDVGA2,DVGA55,HEL9,ILST093,IDVGA27 and BM1824were related to chest circumference,IDVGA2,ETH225 and DAVG44were related tohip width,BM2113,DVGA55,ETH225,HEL9,BM1905,ILSTS005,ILST093 and ETH10were related to shank circumference,and IDVGA2,BM2113,DVGA55,ETH225,HEL9,ILST093 and BM1824were significantly related to body weight.【Conclusion】A total of 45 selected alleles had positive effect on growth traits of Xizhen cattle and 40 selected alleles had negative effect.
