摘 要:【目的】研究百里香(Thymus mongolicus)、星毛委陵菜(Potentilla acaulis)、糙隐子草(Cleistogenes squarrosa)水浸液对冰草(Agropyron cristatum)和早熟禾(Poa annua)2种牧草种子萌发的影响,为放牧地补播牧草选择和人工草地配置等提供参考依据。【方法】以内蒙古锡林浩特典型草原植物百里香、星毛委陵菜和糙隐子草地上部分为供体,以蒸馏水为对照,分析3种植物不同质量浓度(0.5,5,10,20和50g/L)水浸液对冰草和早熟禾种子萌发的影响。【结果】水浸液质量浓度小于50g/L时,3种植物水浸液对早熟禾和冰草种子萌发的影响均不显著。当水浸液质量浓度达到50g/L时,百里香水浸液对冰草发芽率、发芽指数均无影响,但对早熟禾的发芽率和发芽指数有显著抑制作用;星毛委陵菜水浸液对冰草发芽率、发芽指数均无影响,对早熟禾发芽率也无影响,但对其发芽指数有极显著抑制作用;糙隐子草水浸液对冰草和早熟禾的发芽率、发芽指数均有显著抑制作用,冰草与早熟禾发芽率分别较对照减少了80.97%和68.11%;糙隐子草水浸液对冰草与早熟禾的综合效应指数绝对值均大于百里香和星毛委陵菜水浸液。【结论】糙隐子草对冰草和早熟禾种子萌发抑制作用较大,百里香、星毛委陵菜对早熟禾种子萌发的影响大于冰草。【Objective】This study investigated the effect of aqueous extracts fromThymus mongolicus,Potentilla acaulis and Cleistogenes squarrosa on seed germination of Agropyron cristatum and Poa annua to provide basis for forage selection and artificial grassland configuration.【Method】The seeds of A.cristatumand P.annua were soaked with different concentrations(0.5,5,10,20 and 50g/L)of T.mongolicus,P.acaulis and C.squarrosaextracts,and with distilled water as control.【Result】When concentrations of water extracts were lower than 50g/L,T.mongolicus,P.acaulis and C.squarrosahad no significant effect on seed germination of A.cristatum and P.annua.As the concentrations of water extracts were 50g/L,T.mongolicus had no effect on the germination rate and germination index of A.cristatum,but had signifi-cant inhibition on P.annua.P.acaulis had no effect on the germination rate and germination index of A.cristatum,but had significant inhibition on the germination index of P.annua.C.squarrosahad remarkable inhibition on germination rate and germination index of both A.cristatumand P.annua.Compared with the control,the germination rates of A.cristatumand P.annua were reduced by 80.97% and 68.11%,respectively.Absolute values of response indexes of C.squarrosa were greater than those of T.mongolicus and P.acaulis.【Conclusion】C.squarrosa had greater inhibitory effect on germination of A.cristatumand P.annuathan T.mongolicus and P.acaulis.P.annua was more sensitive than A.cristatumto extracts of T.mongolicus and P.acaulis.
