摘  要:对福王草中生物碱含量进行测定,为其质量评价提供依据。以盐酸小檗碱为对照品,采用酸性染料比色法测定福王草总生物碱含量。盐酸小檗碱在20.20 g/m L^121.2 g/m L范围有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),加样回收率为99.66%,RSD=1.43%。该方法简便、准确,可用于福王草中总生物碱部位的含量测定。To determine the quantity of total alkaloids in Prenanthes tatarinowii Maxim,which can be used for quality evaluation. Berberine hydrochloride was used as a reference substance.The contents of total alkaloids were determined by acid dye colorimetry.The standard curves of berberine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 20.20 g/m L-121.2 g/m L(r=0.9996),the average recovery was 99.66%,and RSD was 1.43%.The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of total alkaloids in P. tatarinowii Maxim.
