摘 要:在多部委联合提出"医教协同"的背景下,各相关院校进行了积极的医学人才培养模式探索。医教协同教育系统是具备主体多样性、过程复杂性与绩效动态性特征的巨系统。在医学人才培养过程中,需要处理好形式协同与功能协同问题、平衡短期效应与长效机制关系、注重个性特征与共性探寻相结合及完善协调机制,从而实现医、教、研等子系统的有效协同。文章对医教协同教育系统特征及其优化进行了研究。Under the background of the synergy of medical and educational institutions initiated by multi ministries and commissions, relevant medical universities and colleges have explored the training mode of medical talents.The synergy system of medical and educational institutions is a huge system with the diversity of subjectivity, the complexity of the synergy process and the dynamic characteristics of the synergy performance.During the process of training medical personnel, it is necessary to tackle the problem of the form synergy and function synergy, to balance the short-term effect and long-term mechanism, and to focus on the combination of characteristics and similarities and to improve the coordination mechanism, which will promote the effective coordination of the subsystems of medicine, teaching and research.This paper researches on the characteristics and optimization of the synergy system of medical and educational institutions.
