增温促花对盆栽海棠‘长寿冠’复栽后光合特性日变化的影响  被引量:7

摘  要:为探讨增温促花对海棠光合特性的影响,以盆栽海棠‘长寿冠’为试验材料,通过设置室外对照(CK)、双层膜大棚(T2)和玻璃温室(T3)3种温度处理,检测增温处理对复栽后‘长寿冠’7、8月份光合日变化参数的影响。结果表明,7、8月份各组‘长寿冠’净光合速率(P_n)日变化均呈不对称双峰型,与CK相比,增温处理虽未改变双峰型变化趋势,但使光合"午休"现象加剧,并使P_n日均值下降,其中T3处理组受影响程度较大,其7、8月份Pn日均值分别比对照下降24.62%和25.45%。增温对气孔导度(G_s)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)的影响与Pn类似,但使气孔限制值(L_s)上升。光合"午休"期间(12:00—14:00)各处理P_n、G_s、C_i的变化趋势类似,即P_n、G_s下降而Ci上升,但T3处理C_i上升趋势更明显。灰色关联分析揭示,影响Pn的主要环境生态因子为大气温度(T_a)与大气相对湿度(RH),生理因子为G_s和T_r。影响G_s的主要因素是T_a与RH。以上结果说明,增温导致‘长寿冠’夏季光合能力下降总体上主要是气孔限制因素造成,但"午休"现象的加剧主要受非气孔限制的影响。The effects of raising temperature treatments( CK,T2 and T3) for blossom-promotion on the diurnal changes of photosynthesis( July and August) in the leaves of potted ‘Changshouguan'( Chaenomeles Speciosa) were investigated. The results showed that the diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate( Pn) in‘Changshouguan'leaves in different treatments showed an asymmetric double-peak pattern both in July and in August.However,the raising temperature treatments exhibited a more obvious midday depression phenomenon and decreased the daily mean values of Pn,especially in T3 treatment,in which the daily mean values of Pndecreased by 24.62% and 25.45% in July and August,respectively,compared with that in the CK treatment.Moreover,the diurnal changes of the stomatal conductance( Gs),transpiration rate( T_r),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration( C_i) in the raising-temperature treatments were similar to the change in Pn,while the stomatal limitation( L_s) value increased.During the period of midday depression( 12: 00-14: 00),the variations of Pn,Gsand Trin different treatments were similar,namely,the Pnand Gsdecreased whereas Ciincreased,among the treatments,the Civalues in the T3 treatments showed a more significant increase. The results of grey relational analysis( GRA) indicated that the temperature( Ta) and atmospheric relative humidity( RH) were the main ecological environment factors,and the Gsand Trwere the main physiological factors which influenced Pn.Moreover,the Taand RH were the main factors impacting the Gs. This indicated that the decrease of photosynthetic capacity in ‘Changshouguan'leaves in summer by raising temperature treatments was mainly due to the stomatal limitation,however,the aggravation of midday depression phenomenon was attributable to the non-stomatal limitation.
