卵巢早衰与血型及A型行为人格特征的关系

摘　　要：目的分析探讨卵巢早衰(POF)与ABO血型及A型行为人格的关系。方法入组人群进行流行因素及A型行为人格的问卷调查,选择问卷合格的280例POF组及280例对照组,然后采用X^2检验对上述资料进行验证性校验,并用logistic进行多因素之间的回归分析,计算各研究因素,即年龄、POF家族史、月经周期、文化程度、体质指数、ABO血型及A型行为人格特征这7种研究因素是否与POF的关联,及其关联的强度。计算其OR值及其95%的可信区间。结果在POF患者中,A型血者所占比例最高,其次为B型及AB型,O型所占比例最低,但是各组频率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。POF患者中A型行为人格所占的比例较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经过logistic多元回归分析,A型行为人格是POF的独立危险因子(OR=7.738,95%CI:5.236~11.436)。而其他6种研究因素均与POF的发病无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 POF患者的血型分布与正常人群的血型分布差异无统计学意义,而POF与A型行为人格显著相关,A型行为人格者发生POF的概率显著性高于非A型行为人格者。Objective To investigate the correlation between premature ovary failure（ POF） and ABO blood types or type A behavior pattern. Methods We conducted a questionnaire survey about the influencing factors and type A behavioral pattern in 280 patients with POF（ Group POF） and 280 healthy women（ Group Control）. The detailed medical history,including age,family history of POF,culture degree,menstrual cycle,body mass index,and blood type,were gathered and the questionnaires of Type A behavior characteristics were conducted. Chi- square test,non parametric test and conditional logistic regression were applied for analysis. Results POF was not associated with ABO blood types,while the persons who had Type A behavior pattern were more likely to have POF（ OR = 7. 738,95% CI： 5. 236-11. 436）. Age,family history of POF,culture degree,menstrual cycle,body mass index,or blood types,were all not likely to influence the incidence of POF. Conclusion ABO blood type is not correlated to POF,while Type A behavior pattern maybe a risk factor of it.
