摘  要:采用分离自不同红掌品种的19个地毯草黄单胞花叶万年青致病变种(Xanthomonas axonopodispv.dieffenbachiea)菌株,通过人工剪叶接种方法,对我国主栽的22个不同红掌品种进行细菌性疫病抗性测定和评价,结果表明,22个红掌品种被区分为高抗、中抗、中感和高感等4类抗病等级,其中高抗品种3个、中抗品种12个、中感品种6个、高感品种1个,未发现免疫品种。此外,研究还发现,在19个供试菌株中,Xad10致病力最弱,Xad3致病力最强。Abstract: The resistant reactions of 22 Anthurium andraeanum varieties to 19 strains of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. dieffenbachiea were identified via artificial injection inoculation. The results showed that, according to the standards of resistance evaluation, the 22 varieties were classified into four grades. 3 varieties had high resistance, 12 varieties had middle resistance 6 varieties had middle suscepts, there was only one variety with high susceptity. Among the 19 strains, the pathogenicity of Xadl0 was the weakest, and Xad3 was the strongest.
