摘 要:目前用于浅层疏松地层的取芯工具,无论是采用机械加压还是采用液力憋压割芯的工具,都需要在取芯钻进过程中维持钻井液的循环。如此,一是极其疏松的岩芯会被钻井液冲走而不能进入取芯内筒,二是极其疏松的砂岩易造成堵芯,堵芯后地面无法判断,岩芯很容易被磨掉,取芯收获率普遍偏低,所取资料满足不了勘探开发的需要。为此,研究开发了一种新式的旋转插入式取芯工具,该工具采用特殊的结构设计,取芯作业时采用不开泵取芯施工,目前已完成了样机设计、加工及室内试验研究。旋转插入式取芯工具的研制可望对提高极疏松地层的岩芯收获率、获全获准地层资料、提升疏松地层取芯技术发挥一定的作用。The coring tools used for shallow unconsolidated forma- tions, either by mechanical pressure tool or by hydraulic pressure tool, all need mud circulation during coring drilling process. So firstly, the unconsolidated core is easily washed away by drilling fluid and cannot enter the coring inner tube. Secondly, the extreme-ly unconsolidated sandstone is likely to cause core jamming and the core jamming cannot be judged on surface, so the core will be wore off easily and the coring recovery is generally low and the da- ta cannot meet the needs of exploration and development. In order to address the problem, the innovative rotary insert coring tool had been developed. The new coring tool owns a special structural de- sign and can work without mud pump open during coring drilling. At present, the prototype design, processing and laboratory test have been completed. We hope the development of the rotary in- sert coring tool can be used for ultra-unconsolidated formations and increase the core recovery, obtain the complete formation data and improve the unconsolidated core coring technology.
