摘　　要：介绍了生产高硅氧玻璃纤维用钠硅酸盐玻璃纤维、钠硼硅酸盐玻璃纤维、无碱玻璃纤维制备过程的影响因素,对高硅氧纤维处理过程中酸浓度、温度、水洗、热定型的关键技术进行了分析,并从机理进行了阐释,并结合生产经验,探讨了工艺条件参数,最后对我国高硅氧纤维生产和市场存在的问题进行分析并提出了建议。This article discusses the affecting factors for producing high silica glass fiber with soda-silicate glass fiber, soda-boron-silicate glass fiber and alkali-free glass fiber as raw materials respectively, analyzes the key techniques in acid-leaching process such as acid concentration, temperature, water washing and heat-set procedures explains their mechanism as well. Finally, the author analyzes the problems existing in the production and marketing of high silica glass fiber in China now and offers some suggestions.
