摘  要:制备了氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)和反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯橡胶(TPI)的共混胶,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)研究了共混胶的相容性和力学性能。结果表明,硫化温度为165℃,随着TPI用量增大,共混胶的最小转矩减小,加工流动性改善;当TPI用量为20份时,共混胶的拉伸强度最大,压缩永久变形改善最为显著;共混胶两相的玻璃化转变温度均无明显变化,且SEM图中存在明显的海-岛相结构,表明两相相容性差;当TPI用量为50份时,共混胶由海-岛相结构转变为双连续相结构。The blends of chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM) and trans-1,4-polyisoprene (TPI) were prepared, and their mechanical properties and compatibility were also studied by differential scanning calorimertry(DSC) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that when the curing temperature was 165 ℃ ,the minimum blending torque was reduced and the processing fluidity was improved with the dosage increase of TPI.When the dosage of TPI was 20 phr,the tensile strength of the blend was largest and the compression set improved most significantly. However there was no obvious change for the glass transition temperature of both.The SEM pictures showed that the blend were the sea-island phase structure with obvious interface,which meant their compatibility was poor.
