摘　　要：从项目数量、规模及分布、项目特征、资源能源消耗、污染治理及污染物排放等方面对山西省"十二五"期间已核准的低热煤发电项目进行论述,提出大规模低热值煤发电项目建设面临的问题和建议。This paper discussed the approved power projects of low calorific coal during the ＂Twelfth Five-Year＂ period in Shanxi Province from the quantity,scale and distribution,characteristics,resource and energy consumption,pollution control and pollutant emission of the projects,and put forward the problems of and advice for large-scale construction of the power projects of low calorific coal.
