摘　　要：针对带喷液系统或带经济器的大冷量螺杆式压缩机,选用吸气管制冷剂气体流量计法为主测方法,制冷剂气体冷却法为辅测法,初步设计压缩机性能试验台,并详述试验原理和计算方法。最后对气体冷却器的设计和漏热量的计算进行定性分析后提出一系列改进措施。For screw compressor with large amount of cold which contains the spray system or economizer,this paper preliminarily designed the performance testing rig for compressor and described the principles of the test and calculating method with suction refrigerant gas flow meter the main testing method and the refrigerant gas cooling the auxiliary testing method.Finally,qualitative analysis of the design of the gas cooler and the calculation of heat leakage were carried out and a series of measures for improvement were put forward.
