全面护理在臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗阴道炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗阴道炎的护理方法及其效果。方法从我院2016年5~6月阴道炎患者中随机选择70例,根据治疗方法进行分组。常规干预组采取臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗并给予常规护理干预,全面干预组采取臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗并给予全面护理干预。比较两组患者阴道黏膜充血水肿消退时间、白带复常时间、阴道瘙痒消退时间、住院时间;治疗前和治疗后患者生活质量评分、不良情绪评分的差异。结果全面干预组阴道黏膜充血水肿消退时间、白带复常时间、阴道瘙痒消退时间、住院时间短于常规干预组(P<0.05);护理前两组生活质量评分、不良情绪评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后全面干预组生活质量评分、不良情绪评分改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗阴道炎效果确切,辅以全面护理干预,可提高治疗效果,加速临床症状消退,改善患者不良情绪和生活质量,值得推广。Objective To study the nursing method and effect of ozone combined with vaginal suppository in the treat- ment of vaginitis. Methods A total of 70 patients with vaginitis were randomly selected in our hospital from May to June 2016. According to the treatment method, routine intervention group was treated with ozone combined with vaginal suppository and given routine nursing intervention. The comprehensive intervention group was treated with ozone com- bined with vaginal suppository and given comprehensive nursing intervention. The subsided time of vaginal mucosal congestion and edema, leucorrhea recovery time, subsided time of vaginal itching, and length of stay were compared; the differences of the scores of life quality and the scores of adverse emotions before and after the treatment were com- pared. Results Subsided time of vaginal mucosal congestion and edema, leucorrhea recovery time, subsided time of vaginal itching, and length of stay in the comprehensive intervention group were shorter than those in the routine inter- vention group（P〈0.05）; there was no significant difference in the scores of life quality and the scores of adverse emo- tions between two groups before nursing（P〉0.05）; after nursing, the scores of life quality and the scores of adverse emo- tions were improved more significantly in the comprehensive intervention group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ozone combined with vaginal suppository in the treatment of vaginitis is effective. Supplemented by comprehensive nursing intervention, it can improve the therapeutic effect, accelerate the alleviation of clinical symptoms, and improve the patient＇s adverse emotions and life quality, which is worthy of promotion.
