摘  要:在温室条件下,通过组培试验和盆栽试验,探究SQR9促进黄瓜生长的效果。试验结果表明,在健康水稻土中添加SQR9菌液的处理组1、2、3的地上部分株高分别为CK的1.46、2.21和2.30倍,根系长度比CK分别增加了17%、75%、126%,处理1、2、3的黄瓜干质量分别是CK的1.19、1.84、1.91倍。处理组的叶绿素含量和光合速率都有不同程度提高。SQR9在盆栽试验中能有效促进黄瓜生长。In order to investigate the effects of SQR9 on cucumber growth, tissue culture and pot experiments were carried out. The results showed that the growth of cucumber could be effectively promoted by the addition of SQR9. The plant height of treatments 1, 2 and 3 was 1.46, 2.21 and 2.30 times higher than CK. The root length increased 17%, 75% and 126%, and the dry weight of cucumber was 1.19, 1.84 and 1.91 times heavier than CK, respectively. Meanwhile, the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of treatments were higher than CK. In conclusion, SQR9 showed significant effects on cucumber growth in pot experiment.
