摘　　要：本文对2016中国产业经济研究学术年会暨"新经济下的产业变革"研讨会的主要学术观点进行了总结,参会专家学者分别从服务业与产业升级、技术创新与产业发展、技术进步与产业政策、全球化与产业"走出去"、资源环境与产业转型等方面的理论与实证问题进行了报告与讨论交流。本次年会反映了国内学者对新经济下产业变革的最新研究成果。本文对主要学术观点进行综述。Based on the new economic changes, this paper summarizes the main academic viewpoint of 2016 annual meeting of China＇s industrial economy. Some experts and scholars report the content from services and industrial upgrading, technological innovation and industrial development, technological progress and industrial policies, globalization and industry ＂going out＂, resources and industry transformation ,using the method of theory and empirical analysis. This annual conference reflects the latest research of the domestic scholars＇s results.
