摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和叔碳酸乙烯酯(VV-10)为共聚单体,邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAP)为功能性单体,甲基丙烯酰胺乙基乙撑脲(MAEEU)、TM-100(含双键的双羰基化合物)和丙烯酸(AA)为复合交联剂,采用乳液聚合方法制备出UV油墨印刷预涂膜用底涂剂。试验结果表明,优选VV-10与丙烯酸酯类单体共聚,提高了底涂剂抗氧化及耐紫外线性能。选用MAEEU/TM-100/AA作为乳液的共聚交联剂,通过控制聚合物的交联形态,增强了底涂剂与薄膜及UV油墨印刷层的粘附性。选用炔二醇类表面活性剂Surfynol-104E作为乳液底涂剂的润湿流平助剂,解决了水性乳液涂布在表面张力较低的薄膜表面容易产生质量缺陷的问题。With methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and vinyl versatate (VV-10) as the comonomers ,diallyl phthalate (DAP) as the functional monomer, methacrylamidoethyl ethylene urea (MAEEU), TM-100 (a double bond-containing dicarbonyl compound) and acrylic acid (AA) as the composite crosslinker, the primer for pre-coated film of UV ink printing was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The experimental results showed that the copolymerization of vinyl versatate and acrylate monomers improved the antioxidation ability and the UV light resistance of the primer. Using MAEEU/TM-100/AA as the crosslinker of the emulsion and controlling the the crosslinking morphology of polymer the adhesion between the primer and both the film and the UV ink printing layer was enhanced. Using acetylenecan diol surfactant Surfynol-104E as the primer wetting and leveling agent, the problem of easily producing the quality defects on the film surface with lower surface tension during coating of water-based emulsion was resolved.
