基层医院护理人员职业防护制度的探讨

摘　　要：目的对基层医院护理人员职业防护中存在问题原因分析并提出相应对策,旨在减少护士职业暴露的发生。方法使用Excel收集某基层医院2013-2014年护理人员职业暴露情况,利用SPSS20.0进行统计分析。结果 2014年护理人员职业暴露事件总数较2013年显著下降,二、三级职业暴露事件明显减少,两年的职业暴露事件有统计学差异(χ~2=7.366,P<0.05)。结论采取有效措施可以控制护理职业暴露的发生率。Objective Analysis the problems and countermeasures of occupational protection of nurses in local hospitals,the aim is to reduce the incidence of occupational exposure of nurses. Methods Used excel to collect the information of occupational exposure of nursing staff in a primary hospital from 2013- 2014,used SPSS20. 0 to statistic analyze. Results In 2014,the total number of occupational exposure of nurses was significantly lower than that in the year 2013,the two- level and three- level events of occupational exposure were significantly reduced. The statistic of two years events was significantly different（ χ~2= 7. 366,P〈0. 05）.Conclusion effective measures can be taken to control the incidence of occupational exposure of nurses.
