摘　　要：目的分析四川省阆中市居民主要死因及特征,为制定阆中市疾病预防控制策略提供依据。方法通过死因监测系统及全人群死因漏报调查,收集阆中市2015年全人群死亡资料,根据国际疾病分类第10版(ICD-10)进行死因分类,计算居民主要死因的死亡率、构成比、减寿率等。结果 2015年阆中市居民总死亡率670.78/10万,标化死亡率508.92/10万;男性死亡率768.79/10万,女性死亡率568.01/10万;男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义。全人群前五位死因是恶性肿瘤、脑血管、呼吸系统疾病、心脏病、损伤和中毒;减寿率居前5位的死因是恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病、心脏病;不同年龄组死因构成不同。结论阆中市居民主要死因是慢性病,死亡年龄集中在60岁之后,应根据不同疾病谱及年龄组人群开展有针对性的疾病预防控制工作。Objective Analyze the main causes of death of Langzhong citizens in 2015 and the specificities,to provide evidences to formulate the strategies about the disease prevention and control. Methods Collected the documents of the death causes of Langzhong citizens in 2015 by monitoring system,and classified the mainly death causes according to International Classification of Disease version 10（ ICD- 10）,calculated the rate of death,compositions ratio,and PYLLR（ potential Years of Life Lost Rate）,etc. Results In Langzhong city 2015,the overall death rate was 670. 78 of 100 thousand,the standard mortality rate was 508. 92 of 100 thousand,the male mortality was 768. 79 of 100 thousand,higher than female mortality 568. 01 of 100 thousand,the difference contribute to statistical significance. The top five causes of death in Langzhong were malignancy,cerebrovascular diseases,respiratory diseases,heart diseases,injury and poisoning,Causes of death among different age groupswere different from each other. Conclusion The major causes of death in Langzhong were chronic non- communicable diseases,mainly death age were after 60 years old,the particular disease prevention and controlling work should be carried out according to the characteristics of disease spectrum in different age stages.
