论习仲勋老区建设思想  

XI Zhongxun's Thought on the Development of Former Liberated Revolutionay Bases

摘　　要：老区建设事关党的执政基础和政治声誉;事关全国经济建设大局;事关全面建成小康社会。关于如何推动老区治穷致富奔小康,老一辈无产阶级革命家、党和国家的重要领导人习仲勋曾做出重要论述。他强调,必须高度认识老区脱贫的重要意义;必须始终坚持实事求是;自力更生、多管齐下地建设老区。The development of former liberated revolutionary bases is related to the Party＇s ruling foundation, political repu- tation, the overall situation of national economic construction and the success of a comprehensive well--off society. How to pro- mote these areas to get rich and well--off？ As the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries, the Party and the country＇s important leader, Xi Zhongxun, madeimportant discussions. He stressed that we must have high awareness on the importance of poverty alleviation in these areas and we must always adhere to seeking the truth from facts.The development of these old ar- easmust adhere to self-reliance and multi--pronged method. At present, the battle of poverty alleviation is in the crucial stage of the sprint, and we should learn more from Xi Zhongxun＇s thought onthe developmet of these oldareas, which is of a special and far--reaching significance to promote the construction of old areas, the smooth development of poverty alleviation and development.
