浅析红军长征中的思想政治工作

摘　　要：思想政治工作是中国共产党的光荣传统和致胜法宝。红军长征中的思想政治工作,是我党思想政治工作的重要组成部分。长征中,党的思想政治工作在红军战胜自然险阻、战胜党内分裂、冲破国民党围追堵截等方面发挥了重要作用。红军长征中的思想政治工作内容主要涉及宣传党中央的路线方针政策、理想信念教育、营造团结友善的军队氛围、军队纪律教育等。根据长征途中发生的各种情况,为了保证长征的胜利,灵活使用的方式方法主要有理论教育法、正反面教育法、教育与疏导法和批评与自我批评。Ideological and political work is the glorious tradition and magic weapon of the Chinese Communist Party. Ideo-logical and political work in the Long March is an important part of CPC. In the Long March,it played an important role in overcoming natural obstacles and inner disruption, breaking through besiege and intercept by Kuomintang,and other aspects. Its content involves the propaganda of the Party Central Committee, such as line and policy, education of the ideal and faith, con- struction of the united and friendly atmosphere in the army,and discipline and education in the army. In order to guarantee success of the Long March on the basis of various situations,the CPC applied flexible methods,which mainly included theoretical education policy,positive and negative education policy,counseling education policy and criticism and self--criticism.
