摘　　要：目的测定健康人群外周血淋巴细胞微核率,为职业人群外周血淋巴细胞微核率本底值的修订提供参考。方法以98例健康人群(其中男58例,女40例)为检测对象,用常规培养法测定外周血淋巴细胞微核检出率(%)和微核率(‰)。按性别及年龄分组,观察各组的淋巴细胞微核检出率和淋巴细胞微核率,并进行统计分析。结果 98例受检者中76人检出微核,微核检出率为84.9%;微核率为(2.47±1.68)‰。按年龄分组分析得出,随着年龄的增加,微核检出率虽无明显变化,但微核率增加显著(P<0.05)。按性别统计男性微核率为(2.37±1.39)‰,女性微核率为(2.57±1.85)‰,两者之间差异无统计学意义。进一步统计分析发现,40岁以上女性的微核率(3.57±1.79)‰,明显高于同年龄段的男性(P<0.05)和低年龄段的女性(P<0.05)。结论健康成人外周血淋巴细胞微核率超过国内文献报道的本底范围。Objective To determine the peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate in the healthy population,so as to provide the basis for the revision of the background value peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate. Methods The conventional culture method was used to measure the positive rate（ %） and micronucleus rate（ ‰） of peripheral blood lymphocytes micronucleus. All of the objects were divided into different groups according to their gender and age. The lymphocyte micronucleus positive rate and lymphocyte micronucleus rate of each age group were detected. The methods of statistics were used to analyze the testing results. Results Among the 98 subjects,76 of them had micronucleus been detected,the positive rate was 84. 9%; the micronucleus positive rate was（ 2. 47 ± 1. 68） ‰. The analysis results showed that the micronucleus positive rate had no obvious change with age,on the contrary,the micronucleus rate increased significantly（ P〈0. 05）. The micronucleus rate of males were（ 2. 37 ± 1. 39） ‰ and females were（ 2. 57 ± 1. 85） ‰,which had no statistical difference. And further analysis of the results showed micronucleus rate was（ 3. 57 ± 1. 79） ‰ in the females who were over 40 year old,that was significantly higher than those males of the same ages（ P〈0. 05）,it was higher than those females in younger age groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate of healthy adults was higher than the background value range which was reported in some literatures of domestic.
