摘 要:随着道路维修养护任务的增加,RAP材料再利用技术在国内得到了新发展。通过多组高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验及力学性能试验对不同RAP掺量下泡沫温再生沥青混合料路用性能进行分析,研究结果表明:RAP材料经过分档处理后,可以减小材料的不均匀性,有利于保持级配的整体稳定;随着RAP掺量的增加,泡沫温再生混合料高温稳定性迅速提高,力学性能增强,低温抗裂性下降,水稳定性先小幅增大后大幅减小,推荐泡沫温再生沥青混合料适宜的RAP掺量为30%,以满足公路养护经济适用性要求。With the increase of the maintenance of the road maintenance, the RAP material reuse technology has been a new development in the country. Through multiple sets of rutting test, low temper- ature bending test, immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test and mechanical properties of the foam temperature of different RAP dosage of recycled asphalt mixture was analyzed with the performance, the results show that the RAP material has been sorted, inhomogeneity can be reduced to material. To maintain the overall stability of the gradation; with the increase of RAP content, temperature and foam regeneration mixture high temperature stability is improved rapidly, enhanced mechanical performance, low temperature crack resistance decreased, water stability increased slightly after a decrease, the recom- mended foam temperature of recycled asphalt mixture RAP proper dosage is 30% , in order to meet the requirements of the economic application of highway maintenance.
