摘 要:当前,我国通用航空制造业发展面临关键领域自主创新能力不强、实现全球价值链攀升愈加困难、持续发展动力机制尚未形成等问题。随着我国在前沿科技领域加快布局,通用航空制造业应抓住机遇,进行产业转型升级,实现从全球价值链低端向高端跃升。创新驱动我国通用航空制造业转型升级有三条实现路径:一是基于技术路线;二是基于市场路线;三是基于全产业链创新。值得注意的是,三条路径存在较大差异,需综合考量再进行选择。At present, the development of China's general aviation manufacturing industry is facing many problems, such as the lack of independent innovation ability, the difficulty in realization of the global value chain and the imperfect mechanism of sustainable development. With China's accelerated development in lead- ing- edge technology field, general aviation manufacturing industry should seize the opportunity to carry out industrial restructuring and upgrade from the low - end to the high - end of global value chain. Innovation - driven transformation and upgrading of China's general aviation industry has three paths:the first one is based on the technical line;the second is based on the market line;and the third one is based on the whole industry chain innovation. It is worth noting that there are large differences between the three paths, which needs to be need to be considered comprehensively.
