摘　　要：2016年学界对我国改革与发展的经济理论问题进行广泛和深入研究,并取得一些有益成果。本文就构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学、供给侧结构性改革、社会主义市场经济、五大发展新理念、收入分配、跨越"中等收入陷阱"六个重要热点理论问题的研究和不同观点进行梳理和综述。In 2016, the academic circles carried out extensive and in- depth research on the economic the- ory of China＇s reform and development, and achieved some beneficial results. In this paper, theoretical re- search and different views of six important key issues are sort out and reviewed, including the construction of Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics, political reform, supply- side structural reform, so- cialist market economy, five development ideas, income distribution, and surmounting the ＂ middle income trap＂.
