摘 要:藻类种质资源是生物种质库重要的组成部分,超低温保藏技术具有省时、省力等常规保藏方式不可替代的优势,因此已被广泛用于藻类种质资源长期保存。该文在阐述国内外藻类种质超低温保藏技术基本原理、技术流程、生理生化稳定性以及存活率测定方法的基础上,深入分析了影响藻类超低温保藏存活率的关键因素,包括材料选择、适应性培养、保护剂的使用、解冻方法等,并就超低温保藏藻种现状、存在问题及其发展趋势进行了探讨和分析。Algal germplasm resources were important parts of the biological resources. The cryopreservation technology had irreplaceable advantages such as saving time and labour when comparing with routine preservation. So it had been widely used in the long-term preservation of algae resources. The main aim of this process was to preserve algae cell without change in their morphological,biochemical and genetic properties. This paper introduced the theory,methods used in the cryopreservation of algae and the application on microalgae and marco-algae. Various factors including algal selection,adaptive culture,etc. That may influence the viability of algae were outlined in this review. And the approaches of viability assessment were discussed. It also outlined the status and problems on cryopreservation of algae.
