摘 要:朱兆良是我国土壤—植物营养学学科奠基人之一。在60多年的职业生涯中他围绕"提高氮肥利用率,减少氮肥损失"开展研究,成绩突出、硕果累累。在多年的科研教学工作中朱兆良形成了脉络清晰、自成一体的学术谱系。从学术谱系角度梳理老科学家的学术渊源,分析他们的学术传承与影响,对客观认识他们的学术地位具有重要的意义。本文在查阅已有文献和对其部分同事、学生进行访谈的基础上,从学术主体的传承、学术与资源传承、学术思想传承等方面,对以朱兆良为中心的土壤植物营养学学术谱系进行系统研究。Zhu Zhaoliang is one of the founders of the science of Soil-Plant Nutrition in China. During his 60-year career, he has made research on the subject of "increasing the utilization of nitrogen and decreas- ing the loss of nitrogen". He made outstanding achievement in this subject and formed a clear academic pedi- gree with his own style. Hackling the old scientists' academic origin from the perspective of academic pedigree and analyzing their academic inheritance and influence have great significance on understanding their aca- demic status objectively. Based on the previous literatures and interviews with his colleagues and students, this paper conducts systematically research on academic lineage of soil plant nutrition centered by Zhu Zhaoliang, from the perspective of the inheritance of subject, researches and resources, thoughts, etc.
