摘  要:介绍了江苏某印刷版材有限公司的废水中水回用工程实例。该工程以生产线产生的低浓度清洗废水为处理对象,通过预处理、过滤、超滤、反渗透工艺处理后,出水达到生产线用水指标,回用于生产线。结合此工程,对回用水水质、相关构筑物及设备、经济效益进行了分析,结果表明,该系统运行稳定,出水水质好,运行成本较低,节约了水资源,为企业带来一定的经济效益。The water reuse project examples of a printing plates limited company in Jiangsu province was introduced. The processing target for the project was the low concentration cleaning wastewater produced by the production line. The wastewater reached the water use index in production line after pretreatment, filtration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis process, and reused in production lines. Combination with this project, the reuse water quality, related structures and equipment, economic benefit was analyzed. The results showed that the system operated steadily, has good effluent quality, lower operating costs and saved water resource, which brought some economic benefits to the enterprise.
