摘 要:探讨环锭纺纱并条、粗纱和细纱牵伸工艺配置。分析了牵伸的力学条件(力、速度和距离),阐述了牵伸的分类、主要任务和作用以及牵伸质量控制的重点。针对并条、粗纱、细纱工序各牵伸区的牵伸分配、牵伸力、牵伸倍数、牵伸握持距等工艺参数的确定,通过理论分析和试验验证,给出了详细的计算公式和工艺制定方法,并对多种改进的附加牵伸形式的优缺点以及使用要点做了分析讨论。认为:正确运用牵伸理论,根据各工序牵伸质量控制的重点确定牵伸工艺,有利于纱线质量水平的稳定提高。The drafting process configurations of drawing, roving and spinning in ring spinning were dis- cussed. The mechanical conditions during drafting were analyzed. The classification of drafting, main targets functions and the key points for quality control in drafting were explained. For the confirmation of processing pa- rameters like the drafting distribution, drafting force, draft multiple, grip gauge of drafting and so on in each draft- ing area of drawing, roving and spinning process, detailed calculation formula and process formulation method were obtained by theoretical analysis and experimental validation. The advantages ~ disadvantages and operation keys of several improved additional drafting modals and their were analyzed and discussed. It is considered that u- sing drafting theory correctly and confirming the drafting process based on the keys for drafting quality control in each process are beneficial to stable improvement of the yarn quality.
