摘　　要：探讨粗号无捻转杯纱生产中应采取的技术措施。介绍了116.6tex转杯纱的生产工艺,并就其中技术难点,如转杯速度的实现,相应报警参数的设置,与9.7tex水溶丝倍捻工艺优选,水溶纤维溶解工艺等做了相关阐述,最终实现了116.6tex无捻纱的批量生产。认为:粗号无捻纱的生产需要综合考虑转杯直径、转杯速度、捻度设计等参数的设定,才能使其达到风格独特、手感柔软的效果。The technology measures that should be taken for the production of coarse untwisted rotor yarn were discussed. The production technology of 116.6 rex rotor yarn was introduced. Aimed at the technology diffi- culties during production like the achievement of rotor speed, setting of relative alarm parameters,double-twisting technology optimization with 9.7 tex water-soluble filament, dissolution technology of water-soluble technology, related explanations were reviewed. Mass production of 116.6 tex untwisted yarn was eventually achieved. It is considered that the parameters setting including rotor diameter, rotor speed, twisting design and so on should be overall considered for the production of coarse untwisted yarn so that the effect of unique style and soft hand feel- ing can be obtained.
