摘  要:探讨密切值法在纺纱工艺参数优选中的应用效果。选取3个不同粗纱捻系数与3个不同后区牵伸倍数搭配进行纺纱试验,比较其成纱质量指标。采用密切值法进行排序,获得了成纱质量较优的配合方案。认为:在一定的条件下,可以采用密切值法进行纺纱工艺参数优选;较大的粗纱捻系数和较小的细纱后区牵伸能够减少捻回重分布现象的发生,有利于成纱条干。Application effect of close-value method on spinning processing parameters optimization was dis- cussed. Three different roving twist factor matched with three different back zone draft multiple were selected for spinning experiments. Yarn quality indexes were compared. The better yarn quality match project was found by close-value method. It is considered that close-value method can be used to optimize spinning processing parame- ters under certain conditions. Larger roving twist factor match with smaller back zone draft multiple could de- crease twist redistribution and benefit yarn evenness.
